Prompt is seeking two individuals to join its Board of Directors. These positions represent a unique opportunity to contribute to the governance of an organization at the heart of Quebec’s innovation ecosystem.
- Board Member Position, Category: Industrial Members – SMEs (position reserved for Prompt members)
A call for applications is currently open to fill a director position reserved for a candidate from the industrial members – SME category. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment, a high level of integrity, and expertise in one or more of the following areas: governance, finance, human resources, or technology. Eligible members are invited to review the call for applications and submit their application according to the specified guidelines.

- Independent Administrator (position reserved for non-members)
A second call for applications is being issued to fill the position of independent administrator. In accordance with Prompt’s general bylaws, this position is reserved for a person who is not a member of the organization, in order to ensure fully independent judgment within the Board. The ideal candidate has leadership experience and expertise in governance, finance, auditing, compliance, or the technology and innovation sectors.
