Based on your organizational structure, our experts will assess your innovation strategy to identify your outsourcing needs for carrying out your innovation projects. This assessment leads to the creation of a roadmap that outlines the key steps required to carry out your innovation projects (technological expertise and financial resources).

An advisor will guide you through the process of developing your roadmap by implementing one or more of the following strategies at the local, Canadian, or international level:
Creating a Customized Call for Expert Proposals
Prompt supports you with a turnkey solution for creating and promoting a private call for proposals. Your advisor will guide you in defining the criteria and setting up a selection process tailored to your needs, based on the level of involvement that suits you. Finally, the Prompt team coordinates and promotes your call for proposals and handles the review and selection of the applications received.
Technology, opportunity and funding monitoring
Prompt provides continuous technology monitoring, as well as oversight, management, and creation of standardized or agile calls for projects from public and private partners. Our expertise, combined with in-depth knowledge of available funding within the innovation ecosystem, allows us to:
