As part of the call for artificial intelligence projects launched by the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie du Québec (MEIE) before October 15, 2023, CRIM – Centre de Recherche Informatique de Montréal and PROMPT, have jointly unveiled a new offer to provide closer support to companies wishing to turn their artificial intelligence projects into reality.
AI diagnostics: an offer from CRIM and PROMPT…
This offer consists of a free diagnosis of your AI project by two expert advisors from CRIM and PROMPT. Following this diagnosis, and if your AI project is selected, you will be invited to collaborate in greater depth with CRIM, who will help you define your use case and produce an experimental development service offer to support your application for a subsidy under PROMPT’s PIIA program. These tips and answers will guarantee you the best route for your application!
Key steps in AI diagnostics
- AI maturity assessment: during this exchange with project support experts from CRIM and PROMPT, companies will undergo an assessment of their level of maturity in artificial intelligence. This assessment will focus in particular on the company’s technical characteristics and the various potential projects currently under development.
- Roadmap: following this assessment, companies will receive a roadmap to guide them through the submission process up to the October 15 deadline. This roadmap will indicate the important next steps and the questions and answers that are most important to your project.
- Financial and technical resources: your CRIM and PROMPT advisors will send you documentation on the steps to follow, grant applications and technical frameworks to respect. You’ll come away from this meeting with concrete actions.
