Digital transformation for operational efficiency

Laval Poinçon Matrice (LPM) is undertaking a major digital transformation to increase productivity and optimize its internal processes. Currently, the company uses a variety of heterogeneous software tools, which do not communicate fluidly with each other. This lack of interoperability requires frequent human intervention to ensure data transfer and entry.

Production data is entered manually into their systems, creating inefficiencies and limiting managers’ ability to make informed decisions, due to the lack of integration between management and production systems.

To remedy this situation, LPM implements a tailor-made technological solution, designed to promote fluid sharing and optimal exploitation of production data, both internally and with their business partners.

The aim of this project is to establish complete interoperability between management and production systems, ensuring consistency of data use across the entire organization.
