Domely Technologies is developing a fully remote roof inspection solution based on artificial intelligence. This innovative project aims to push back the boundaries of existing computer vision and AI models in order to :
- quantify the severity of detected anomalies,
- estimate the level of membrane wear,
- analyze the solar reflectance index,
- and detect changes to roofs over time.
The aim is to provide property managers and roofers with accurate, reliable and safe inspections, while improving the operational efficiency and durability of commercial roofs.
Drawing on the expertise of Toitures Raymond, a leading player in the roofing sector, and Domely ‘s technical skills in artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, the project is closely aligned with concrete market needs.
Key partners such as the Association des Maîtres Couvreurs du Québec and Concordia University will also contribute significantly to the success of this initiative.
