As part of its digital transformation strategy, Canac has undertaken an ambitious technology project aimed at optimizing operational efficiency within its service centers. The project involves the deployment of an application to unify all the company’s systems. Enriched by artificial intelligence, the application offers employees the ability to carry out all daily operations via a single tool. This project was initiated after the recent implementation of the SAP suite at Canac, where an agile, user-experience-centered process revealed a significant opportunity to increase the usability of existing technologies. This project is not only a step forward in improving internal productivity, but is also a move towards a more intuitive and efficient user experience with a view to strengthening Canac’s impact in the supply chain of the Quebec construction market.
