These positions represent a unique opportunity to contribute to the governance of an organization at the heart of Quebec\u2019s innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Board Member Position, Category: Industrial Members \u2013 SMEs (position reserved for Prompt members)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>A call for applications is currently open to fill a director position reserved for a candidate from the industrial members \u2013 SME category. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment, a high level of integrity, and expertise in one or more of the following areas: governance, finance, human resources, or technology. In accordance with Prompt\u2019s general bylaws, this position is reserved for a person who is not a member of the organization, in order to ensure fully independent judgment within the Board.
