The procedures vary depending on the call for proposals. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Etapes-conformite-demande-financement\">1. Review the calls for proposals and their eligibility criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before submitting a project, the company must verify the eligibility criteria for the relevant call for proposals<\/strong>. Prompt lists current calls for proposals in its \u201cOpportunities\u201d section, along with the profiles of the target companies and the main selection criteria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company should also consult the comprehensive guide to the call for proposals, published by the MEIE and available on the Prompt website. This guide allows the company to verify all the requirements before submitting its application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Submit a prequalification form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Once the eligibility criteria are met, the company may submit a prequalification form<\/strong>. This form is available on the page for the relevant call for proposals. A Prompt advisor reviews the application for compliance and contacts the company to provide recommendations, if necessary.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Only companies that have provided all the information requested on the form will be contacted.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Submit a funding application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A company that has passed the prequalification stage may submit its complete funding application<\/strong>. Applications are reviewed by internal and external committees before a decision to approve or deny them is made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved, the company becomes a member of Prompt upon signing its financing agreement. Signing the financing agreement entails an administrative fee of approximately 5% of the amount granted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Monitor the funding provided<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Once funding has been approved, Prompt assists members with the administrative and financial management of their projects<\/strong>. Depending on the applicable conditions, the team assists members in verifying the eligibility of expenses and managing reimbursements.
