Next, the recommendation engine develops customized strategies based on the needs identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the analytics engine uses machine learning to suggest increasingly relevant strategies to users based on their previously mentioned preferences and needs. The virtual agent will enable users of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to receive marketing strategies tailored to their specific needs through its self-service conversational system.
