The main issue lies in the lack of specific design guidelines tailored to this superalloy, which hinders innovation and progress in this rapidly expanding field of technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The primary objective is to address this gap by customizing design rules for the additive manufacturing (AM) of Inconel 625 parts, leveraging the capabilities of the AM400 machine. This project aims to establish a set of guidelines tailored to the specific needs of the industrial partner, Exonetik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These guidelines will optimize the part manufacturing process by reducing development times and opening new avenues for innovation. The expected benefits for Exonetik are numerous: improved production processes through more efficient part design, reduced manufacturing lead times and costs, and enhanced competitiveness in the market. For Quebec, this project is of strategic importance as it enhances the province\u2019s influence in the field of technological innovation.
