This innovative project aims to push back the boundaries of existing computer vision and AI models in order to : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>quantify the severity of detected anomalies,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>estimate the level of membrane wear,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyze the solar reflectance index,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and detect changes to roofs over time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim is to provide property managers and roofers with accurate, reliable and safe inspections, while improving the operational efficiency and durability of commercial roofs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawing on the expertise of <a href=\"https:\/\/grouperaymond.com\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Toitures Raymond<\/strong>,<\/a> a leading player in the roofing sector, and <strong>Domely<\/strong> &#8216;s technical skills in artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, the project is closely aligned with concrete market needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key partners such as <strong>the Association des Ma\u00eetres Couvreurs du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.concordia.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\"
